The Dreamwhale drifts across the fractured skies above the Veilrift—a cosmic leviathan born from the minds of sleeping stars. Gliding over neon stormclouds and ruined skylines, it carries two mysterious riders: Vael and Cindrel, the Starborne Twins.

Vael is the silent archivist, keeper of lost timelines. Cindrel speaks in echoes—her words etched in glyphs only the Dreamwhale seems to understand. Together, they traverse the skies, gathering lost memories, collecting misremembered futures, and anchoring fragments of worlds slipping through the cracks.

Legends say the Dreamwhale is older than the Sanctumwalker and more elusive than Queen Althera’s throne. It only appears when the Veil is thinnest, when belief blurs with memory and sound becomes color. Some claim it carried the last Warden’s final dream skyward before he took the knee. Others say it hums the melody of realms yet unborn.

It does not speak. It sings. And those who hear it never wake quite the same.
